Fish tacos with lime powder

Ingredients:
1/2kg white fish (such as cod
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
shredded cabbage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
8-12 corn tortillas
Liberty Loves Lime powder
Coriander leaves
Salsa
Method:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Heat the tortillas in a dry fry pan until they are warm and slightly crispy.
Assemble the tacos with the fish, shredded cabbage, coriander, salsa and lime powder for zing.
